That's exactly what I came here today to look for. So are we all in agreement that new wallboard needs to be primed. What could happen if it is not and what is the likelihood of that happening.
I'm planning to prime but have never noticed whether painting contractors prime wallboard in new construction and I've been through a lot of homes under construction.
