a fireplace, {gas} , was installed in a basement and I will drywall and finish the area. Framing has already been done. I've also have to sand all the trim work,which is all stained,and paint. I think I have to paint a couple of walls also. Up stairs I have to put shelves up in the laundry area. I'm going to be in Lakewood.
