Although there are several brands of water powered backup sump pumps on the market, the Basepump made by Base Products Corporation in Buffalo, NY is, by far, the best. It is powerful and durable, made from polypropylene, and it's unique design lets you mount the pump on your ceiling joist above the sump instead of in the pit where it could get wet and cruddy.
