The warm vent running through the cold attic will not cause moisture to condense on it. It would have to be a cold vent running through a warm, moist attic.
HOWEVER, Mike still needs to insulate the vent pipe to prevent the warm, moist air inside the pipe from cooling off and causing the moisture inside the pipe to condense out.
