I currently have a similar problem. I am looking for a diagram of the logic board; got one?
I was told to unplg and replug the power. It helps to reset the logic. My problem is the motor will not run all the time. Sometimes it will run up or down for a ways but not complete travel to the limit switches. Sometimes the motor will hum and then reverse and hum. Rotor does not appear to be hung.
The general theory says the problem is a combination of motor drag and force switch engerizing because the track, door, and trolley are consuming too much energy to move the door. So what do I change? It msy be $150.00 for a new unit. Try WD-40 on your track and refer to the safety check in your owner's manual.
