we are moving into a house that has coca-cola red cabinets in the kitchen. Any ideas on how to darken them to a deeper red? Can i use a stain over the existing color? I am trying to keep from stripping them. Early american style is what i am going for. Someone suggested the crackle effect but with what color over the red?
