i have painted my wall with primer and then with paint it seems the paint won't stick you can peel it off. I had applied wall paper and now i want to redo the wall with top part being painted and bottom paneling. I removed a piece of wall paper and the paint peeled right off. What can I put on this wall to keep paint on?
