In addition to the excellent suggestions by Henry in MI, you might also explore the possibility of companies that refinish or paint kitchen appliances. There are guys out there who apply paint to metal appliances using an electrical charge, which makes the paint stick like glue. I know they do refrigerators and stoves and dishwashers, so perhaps they can also do metal kitchen cabinets.
