OK.. the Transmitter or reciever is located in the Bell housing of the fan which is the upper most section of the fan assembly(sitting upside down at the ceiling).To get at it you turn the upper outer ring ccw and take it from there.Make sure that the Ckt. braker at the wall panel is in the OFF position,not just the wall switch.
The dip switches must both match remote and reciever. Any other questions post back....and let us know how you made out...Joe
