sounds like a aerobic system. it has a round tank w/a cone shaped interior. air is run to the unit and this starts the break down. before the discharg the pipe runs to a clorine tank to be treated. after the treatment the water is discharged clear. our system costs $2.500 for material only, i installed it myself. not a project for most. the unit is a clearstream. look to the yellow pages for a dist.
