and the areas that lifted up may be low spot in your undlayment. I suggest placing a heavy box of books or something similar on the spots that are raised ...leave it there for 24 hours..and make sure the room temperature is nice and cozy. see if that helps it to lay back flat and give the adhesive a chance to bond/dry . good luck and post back with results.
