A shower pan was set over an existing drain so what seems to be seeping up the original drain pipe and leaving the floor under the pan damp (dry wall has been removed so I can see the dampness after someone showers). It never gets really wet but the dampness after showers keeps me from replacing the drywall. Is there a way to repair this without pulling up the shower pan (the shower, including pan, was completely retired less than a year ago but didn't notice the problem until after the job was done)?
Thanks for any help you can give.
