Rockwell Table Saw

Hi, I have a Rockwell/Delta 10" Tilting Arbor table saw (model CS-4J-1). The blade is a little bit out of alignment. I measured a point on the blade at the front and then rotated that point to the back and it is about 1/32" out.How do I adjust the blade to get it parallel again?
