Folks,
I have moisture in the attic that looks like a hose was taken to the OSB that the roof is on, especially the north side. If it was moisture from a humidifier as my builder and roofer stated I would think it would be evenly distributed. The rafters are dry but the gable and sides are wet. Could it be that the snow and ice backed up under all the shingles or can it have only come in via the ridge vent?
