we purchased our home in the year 2000. i recently discovered that around 70% of our home is sided with masonnite hardboard. recently, it is apprarent that where the boards join, the siding is buldging and fraying. i also noted that the siding appears to be 'wavy' in places. i now know that there was a class certified and a remedy has been prescribed by the circuit court. how do i obtain the requisite form to file a claim to have my home repaired?
