You said, "I purchase sliding doors from Home Depot in 1995...", I'm sure you remember what location you bought them from, so, that would be the store to contact.
Did you install them or have them installed?
The store should have a factory rep. come out to your house and look at your problem. You should have a file with them already for the first one that they fixed.(I assume that you had them fix the one that went the first year?)
I would be very surprised though if they warranteed the glass for life. That usually is pro-rated.
