A good washing with a cleaner that has trisodium phosphate (TSP) as a main active ingredient will do wonders on the walls, ceiling and paneling. Dirtex is a great choice for this.
Cleaning the carpets with steam will resolve that and, depending on the material and condition, drapes can be washed with Tide in your washer or sent to the dry cleaners. Washing soda, made by Arm & Hammer and available from the larger food stores, does a great job on odors also.
