I am just a college student in teh building construction program...but I have worked with drywall and framing for 5 years now! In order to tie down the walls to the ground you need to lay out your wall layout ont the ground where your wall is going to be and then get a laser to plum up your marks to the ceilling! After that depending if you are useing metal or wood you shoot top and bottom track for the wall to tie down to later placing your studs within. Any further questions just ask...Lyndon
