I recently returned my 3/8" Craftsman ratchet for a replacement. The forward/reverse mechanism had failed. After I got home and looked at the replacement, it was a refurbished one. I thought they would replace it with a new one. It had all new parts inside, but in a used ratchet. Just wondering.
