My second bath-tub caulking attempt has FAILED! The problem seems to be that I am not getting the underside and behind the tile %100 dry and thats why the mold come BACK! I tried small heater for a day, hair dryer, If I burned down the building I lived in I am sure the problem would be solved. Landlord has no intrest, and I don't want hassels. Any suggestions on getting the surface dry and the best stuff to use? Also how does that pre-made caulking tape work? Costs a fortune but if it holds up, what the hay. Anybody out there feel sorry for me? please send a suggestion. thanks Mike from Brooklyn in San Francisco.
