I have an island that is already tiled in small white tiles with a small touch of red trim. I would like to tile my counter space and back splash under the kitchen cabinets. Should I use the same size and color of tiles as I used for the island? My kitchen floor is white tile 12 x 12 tiles with gold grout. My cabinets are a mixture of puritan pine and early american stain. The grout in the island is also gold.
