Kraft paper allows alow dry providing you keep the relative humidity below 50% during the wet time of the year. Get a good relative humidity meter and monitor. When the relative humidity exceeds 50%, get enough dehumidification to control the RH. Recommend 1 pint capacity per day per 25 square feet of basement floor space.
