Unit opened door, but will not go down. Removed chain to aleviate any force. Pulled gear and motor operates fine, but only in the up direction. Safety lights are on. When pressing wall unit, green light blinks on unit.
Any ideas? Is there a reversing switch? Does board need to be replaced?
