There are kits available at Home Depot or Loew's but they don't work well. My experience with roller and brush leave lap and brush marks, plus the coverage is not up too par. There are professional that can spray a new color on but I would ask about the resistance to stains(chlorine, dirt, oils, etc) I even considered using base coat/clear coat car paint with and additive for flex but it was cost prohibitive.
