I've been carpenty for about 25 years, but never came accross this which should i do: i'm refinishing the floor in a old country school house built in 1881,sanded floor w/sander.???s the hardware stores has me confused do i use minwax polyurethane satin oil base,put on w/sheep mop OR a water base.This is a small town project and lots of people will see my work, what would you finish this with.THANKS
