Concrete slab less than a year old started showing rust-colored stains suspected of bleeding up to the surface from rebar placed at insufficient depth. (Contractor dropped the rebar into the concrete during the pour. We are no longer on good terms with the contractor.
Does anyone know how to remove these stains and prevent their recurrance, perhaps with some kind of a sealer??)
