The living room is in the middle of the house. The living room has a 18ft ceiling, therefor the walls go thru the attic and them thru the roof about 6 ft and then has it's own roof. THe roof it has is insulated. I am concerned the walls of the living room which travel thru the attic are not insulated. If you can picture being up in an attic and seeing this "silo" in the middle of the attic (my living room is round). All sides of this "silo" is exposed to the attic.
The living room's 18 ft ceiling is unobstructed (no rooms above it). I hope this helps explain my situation better.
