Drywell Formula

I need to figure the size of drywell I need to dig to
handle rainwater in South Jersey from 459 square feet
of roof.(17'X27') I live in the Pine Barrens and our soil is
mostly sand. I will run about 12' of 4" schedule 40
under a walkway into this proposed drywell filled with
1-3" riverstone. What is the formula to figure how deep
and what diameter the drywell need to be for this part
of the country and our soil type. I appreciate any
advice. Thanks.
