I'm looking for an easy way to cover up an unsightly garage floor that has spalling and cracks from 25 years of road salt. I have repaired the spalling several times with a product called Top & Bond, and then cement paint, but it doesn't last. Is there a flexible urathane type coating available that will adhere to this, not so perfect finish, and give me a decent durable floor or do you suggest I rip it up and start over?
