Removing Hinges from cabinet doors

I have some brass hinges that I would like to remove from wooden kitchen cabinets. No paint is on the hinges, but I would like to refinish the doors.
How do you get those tiny hinges off without using the screwdriver and unscrewing six screws from each hinge.
