i would like to know the easiest way to remove old wallpaper that has been painted over. The old tenants made a mess of the bathroom walls and now it is cracking and bubbling. We want to remove the old wallpaper and paint so we can repaint. The walls are plaster. My roomate and I are very inexperenced but want to do this ourselves. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
