We just purchased a brand new home. We upgraded the carpet and tile.

The installation company installed the wrong color grout (looks ugly).

The carpet installed is a Berber type and has many flaws, seams showing, mismatch coloring, hard spots that you can feel on your foot. etc etc

There is approx 210 yards of carpet and 610 square feet of 18" tile.

Are we out of line to ask the Builder/Design Center to remove and replace all of the above or a complete refund.
