You are going to get the dishwasher out, the problem may be getting a new one in. What is the clearance in inches from the top of the ceramic floor to the counter-top?
As far as removal, Unplug the dishwasher or shut-off power. Take off the front access panel and make sure the leveling feet are fully retracted. I bet you have at least 1/2 to 1" that can be gained if the feet are in. Be sure all screws are removed from the side and top of the dishwasher holding it to cabinets or counter. Now yank it out.
