The work is done. You could sample dust or materials for asbestos, but that is not going to solve anything. Linoleum tile that contained asbestos normally had very low % content, and unless mechanical breaking and sanding methods are used to remove it, will not usually release airborne (respirable) fiber. Wet clean any dust in the home and celebrate your renovation by steam cleaning the carpets.
