i resently purchased a home that is approximatly 80 years old.i discovered what seems to be some kind of mold on the basement walls.i applied a coat of latex paint to the whole cellar and in approximatly 2 wks. the mold started to reappear in the same locations as before. can anyone realate to this problem and suggest anything to resolve this mold or fungus type of problem that i believe this is thanks jerry
