I live in Pennsylvania. About 8 years ago I built a deck on my house. I have built several decks before so I was comfortable with the way I was able to construct them. I dug my post holes 14 - 18 inches deep and 8 - 10 inches around. I built the deck, successfully.
This winter has been much more harsh than many in the past. The big freeze apparantly pushed the concrete in the post holes up.
Do you have any recommendations on how to make repairs?
