Yup that is the case...but it is a little lower under the house than the yard....On the sand issue or dirt issue...it would be so very difficult to bring sand in a bucket at a time that is why I was looking into the flowable concrete deal...
So NO on the concrete wth a 6 mil plastic on the dirt before pouring the concrete?
