can be difficult to locate, but nothing looks worse in my opinion is to stop one color and begin at another in the middle of a wall or where there is NOT a door, trim, bend, or something else to act like a new beginning, and if there is NOT that line, then carry on until there is one and that room continues on until there is something that makes a neat and tidy break.
I have seen one room's walls carry on to three rooms. You can come up with some molding or treatment to make a nice break, but that takes some professional advice.
