Love your show. My problem is stains showing through 2 layers of outside white latex flat . The shutters are old and made from cedar. They were painted green, and now white;while I sanded the shutters some of the green paint still shows through. In a way I can understand this but the places where the paint was removed the white color looks dirty.
The shutters were only painted over the last week.
Is there something I can seal with that will cover and take care of this problem. Thanks,MMM
