NEED DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE MARKER PLANS

You could clarify the name of what I am looking for. I am installing a semicircle two entrance/ exit driveway. At both entrances/exits I want to build a brick "marker" or post, and possibly install a light ontop of each.
Do you call them driveway markers, and also can you direct me to where one would obtain different plans to build them?
