I am having that same problem and it seems that it is my exhaust system. My dryer is ina laundry room that does not have a straight line vent (straight through the wall, like in a garage). The service thinks that this model with these sensor are not good for going through the wall and up to the roof. Once the route is hot... The sensor assumes that heat is not leaving, so it open the thermistorand shut the dryer off.
I hope this works..
I am trying to get whirlpool to give me another model.
