Is it best to spray paint kitchen cabinet versus brush painting? Also, should I sand and paint the cabinets as well as the doors? The cabinets themselves are in good shape but someone used a water based paint over the oil base and the doors are now peeling. The house is 10 years old. I'd like to do this right.
