I think you're in the wrong forum, however, I'm a Officer who enjoys this DYI forum. Possible solutions include #1) Get a attorney (I wouldnt' recommend that for a minor infration). #2) Contact the Officer that stopped and explain to him/her your situation. I usually am more than will to work with people. #3) Face the music and at most get a ticket. #4) Keep working on getting the documentation the Officer needs or find the documents your were given when you received your policy. #5) Take the city bus for now on.
