Has anyone seen this?
I bought a one story ranch house that had the rood redone recently. Today I was in the crawlspace checking insulation and just about above the furnace when I noticed a cross-beam dripping a red thick sap. The board appeared to have a horizontal crack in it. At this time of course my flashlight died and all I could think of is I bought a haunted house.
