I love my Rainsoft unit. My husband and I purchased an AQ RO unit in 2000 and have not ever had a single problem with it. Our system came with lifetime warranty.
I will admit, taking a vacation and staying in those "hard-water" hotels is not as pleasant anymore.
I would recommend a Rainsoft unit to anyone. The people at the local dealership in Springfield, MO are always pleasant when I call, and always have potassium on hand for the system.
