Believe it or not, there is a musty smell coming from inside the washing machine, even after I have washed a load of clothes. It's about 12 yrs old and otherwise in good condition. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, there is a ring of soap scum at the top of the tub that I can't remove. Help - I need your suggestions! Thanks.
