I never let a ticket go that I feel unwaranted. Your insurance premiums will go up. Go to your old agent and get him to help out. Even a letter from him, and your policy information. Then have an attorney help you with the details. Usually there are some state rules insurance companies must follow to cancel you or to let your policy expire. If they did not follow the guidelines, you are still covered.
