you have received some good wear from that roof and care has been issued. I would definately go up there and replace the bad boys that could be a leak for you, BUT to treat the roof would be something that I would not invest in. If you are saving for a new roof and the roof has four years plus or minus of life, then big investments now would not be wise OTHER than the replacement of bad shingles.
