Wood Pellet or Corn Stoves

I am building a house in Charlotte, NC and I am seriously considering installing a wood pellet/corn stove into the plan. I would like to use the stove as an adjunct to the central gas HVAC system.
The house will be 3300 sf and the stove will be located in the 2 story family room.
Can you make a product suggestion, including cost, warranty, need for service, etc. Do you sell direct or do you have a rep in the area? IF i buy from you, who will provide routine and repair services? Do you get involved in selling fuel?
I am hearing conflicting thoughts about which is better, corn or wood pellets. I like the idea of having the stove to save money, as compaired to the costs of gas. However, is the upkeep on the stove, whether it is wood or corn a large chore and expense?
I really appreciate your assistance.
