Wind blows rain/snow into the attic, causing intermittent wet (loose, blown-in) insulation and occasional ceiling leak. The rectangular, slatted vents are in the walls of the attics a foot or two below the gable. What can I do to prevent ceiling leaks and keep the insulation dry?
